Holzwerk Hemau is one of the pioneers in manufacturing these high-end products. The wood for our products is fine-grained softwood which we harvest in selected highlands in southern Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic.

We are specialists for native spruce, pine, larch, and oak. In particular, Hemau is the leading supplier of scantlings made from core-sorted pine wood. By stocking sufficient inventories and by using highly flexible processing methods in the LESS sawmills we can ensure even the availability of pine wood all year round. In our 10,000 m³ stockroom for semi-finished products, we have a wide variety of dimensions and types of window scantlings available for quick delivery. We are able to provide all standard weatherproof surface gluing and bonding applications for your needs by using a very efficient high frequency technology.
